Application Management. (1) ITSL shall operate the Service for the Customer as a hosted service and provide access to the latest version of the Service at any given time. (2) Information in respect of notices of downtime, operational disturbances, maintenance and other circumstances influencing the service and the Authorised Users, shall be provided to the Company Contact. Notification of planned downtime during working hours shall, under normal circumstances, be provided no later than 14 days before the event.
