Application of Agreement to Adjunct Faculty Members. The provisions of the following articles and/or sections of this Agreement do not apply to adjunct faculty members: Paragraphs 4.01 and 4.03 and Articles 6, 7, 8, 9 (except paragraphs 9.01, 9.02, 9.11, 9.12, 9.13, 9.14, 9.17 and 9.22), 10, 12.02, 13, 14 (except paragraphs 14.04 and 14.06 b), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 (except paragraph 19.01 a) 20, 22 and 24.05, 24.06, 24.07 and 24.08.
