Application of Appendix and Definitions. 1.1 This Appendix applies to all full-time, part-time and casual employees employed by Scenic World. 1.2 A “regular casual employee” is a casual employee who works for Scenic World on a regular and systematic basis and who has reasonable expectation of ongoing employment on that basis.
