Application of Agreement 4.1 This Agreement applies to: (a) Xxxxx Fabrications Pty Ltd (the Employer) (b) the CFMEU (the Union) (c) all Employees of the Employer engaged in construction work and for whom classifications and rates of pay are provided by this Agreement (the Employee). Collectively known as Parties 4.2 This Agreement only applies to work done in Queensland or Northern Territory and to work temporarily done outside Queensland or Northern Territory by Employees who are based in Queensland or Northern Territory, except where employees are covered by a subsequent Greenfields agreement made under s.182(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and approved by the Fair Work Commission.
Selection of Carrier The selection of the insurance carrier and policy shall be made by the School District as provided by law.
Application Procedures i) An employee applies for a listing on the system-wide registry through the employee’s Human Resources Department by completing the form in Appendix A. ii) The institution will immediately forward the completed form to the PSEA who will list eligible employees on the system-wide registry. iii) A registrant is responsible to ensure the information is current and to immediately notify the Employer and the local Union if the registrant is no longer available for employment through the Registry.
Application of Net Proceeds The Company shall apply the net proceeds from the Offering received by it in a manner consistent with the application thereof described under the caption “Use of Proceeds” in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.
Application of Law The Lessee shall comply with all laws, ordinances, regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the Premises and the use thereof, and the Lessee shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Lessor harmless from expense or damage resulting from failure to do so.
MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
