Application of Labour Relations Code. HEABC and the Facilities Bargaining Association agree that the process described in this Memorandum of Agreement and the Memorandum of Agreement entitled “Employee Options – Contracting Out” establish the specific process of consultation and adjustment contemplated by Section 54 of the Labour Relations Code and satisfies the requirements of this Section of the Labour Relations Code for the purposes of contracting out that results in the layoff of members of the Facilities Bargaining Association bargaining unit.
