Transition Provisions Any person engaged as an apprentice at the date this Agreement commenced operation shall be deemed to be an apprentice for all purposes of this Agreement until the completion or cancellation of their apprenticeship contract.
Monitoring of Contribution Limitations Information The Custodian shall not be responsible for monitoring the amount of contributions made to the designated beneficiary’s account or the income levels of any depositor or contributor for purposes of assuring compliance with applicable state or federal tax laws.
Exclusion of applications on preliminary points of law Any recourse to any Court for the determination of a preliminary point of law arising in the course of the arbitration proceedings is excluded.
Application of other Provisions If the provisions of law of either Contracting Party or obligations under international law existing at present or established hereafter between the Contracting Parties in addition to the present Agreement contain a regulation, whether general or specific, entitling investments by nationals of the other Contracting Party to a treatment more favourable than is provided for by the present Agreement, such regulation shall to the extent that it is more favourable prevail over the present Agreement.
CERTIFICATION REGARDING USE OF CONTRACT FUNDS FOR LOBBYING This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts which exceed $100,000 (49 CFR 20).
