Planning Proposal Authority (PPA. At its meeting of 6 April 2020, Council resolved that it would not be performing the role of the Planning Proposal Authority (PPA). A Gateway Determination was subsequently issued on 6 July 2020 by DPIE in the further processing of the Proposal. The SNRPP was appointed the PPA for this Proposal. The Planning Proposal was publicly exhibited from 29 October to 26 November 2020. On 30 November 2020, Council considered a report on the public exhibition of the proposal and resolved to object to the proposal. Following the exhibition of the Planning Proposal, to which 139 objections were received, the SNRPP conducted a public hearing on 17 March 2021 and on 23 March 2021, and subsequently issued a report recommending that the Planning Proposal proceed to be made. Subsequent to this decision, Council has made written representations to the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, Local members and the Greater Sydney Commission, re-iterating its strong concern over the proposal. The amendment to the LEP was recently made by DPIE and came into effect on 31 August 2021. The amendment, as made, applies a maximum building height of RL 148 (approx. 29 storeys) on the portion of the site known as 179 Xxxxxx and 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. This maximum height is only able to be achieved if the entire site is developed as a development site. The maximum heights applied to the remainder of the site are 000-000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx – RL 89 and 00-00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx RL 85 (approximately 8 storeys).

  • Proposed Corrective Action Plan Simultaneously with the submission of the Audit, the Recipient will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the Recipient’s Audit. The proposed Corrective Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (1) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (2) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction.   • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
