Application of Policy and Procedures. BOP and VA shall also adopt policies and procedures to ensure that information contained in their respective records and obtained from each other shall be used solely as provided in this agreement. BOP and VA agree to comply with these guidelines and any revision of them. Each agency reserves the right to make onsite inspections or may make other provisions for auditing compliance with the terms of the agreement such as requiring recurring self-audits to ensure that adequate safeguards are being maintained.
