Common use of Application of the Agreement to Grant-Funded Support Staff Clause in Contracts

Application of the Agreement to Grant-Funded Support Staff. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, all terms of this Agreement and any and all terms and conditions of employment for Support Staff Bargaining Unit Employees whose compensation is funded fifty percent (50%) or more by grant funds shall be subject to and controlled by the terms of the grant and any and all written conditions, instructions or directives issued by the granting agency and its representatives and agents which affect or relate to the compensation or terms and conditions of employment for such grant-funding Employees.

Application of the Agreement to Grant-Funded Support Staff. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, all terms of this Agreement and any and all terms and conditions of employment for Support Staff Bargaining Unit Employees whose compensation is funded fifty percent (50%) or more by grant funds shall be subject to and controlled by the terms of the grant. Notwithstanding the foregoing the terms of the grant and any and all written conditionswritten, contracts, instructions or directives issued by the granting agency and its representatives and agents which affect or relate to the compensation or terms and conditions of employment for such grant-funding Employeesshall not be grievable.
