APPLICATION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all performances and services carried out by the company RREF II Xx Xxxxx SOCIMI, S.L. (“[*]”) towards their customers (the “Member”) in connection with the use of the work/office place located in the premises of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, 00, Xxxxxx (the “Space”). 1.2 These General Terms and Conditions shall complement the Specific Terms and Conditions subscribed by the Member.
