Eligible Pole definition

Eligible Pole means a Utility Pole or a Non-Decorative Streetlight Pole. Licensee means [Company Name] and its authorized successors and assignees. Licensee’s Facilities means the Attachments, Communications Facilities, or Network Nodes installed, owned, leased, licensed, used, or operated by Licensee.

Examples of Eligible Pole in a sentence

  • Any Permit issued pursuant to these Standards shall automatically terminate when the Licensee ceases to have authority to construct and operate its Communications Facilities or Network Nodes on public or private property, including federal property, at the location of the Eligible Pole covered by the Permit.

  • The report shall identify the Eligible Pole from which the equipment was removed, a description of the removed equipment, and indicate the approximate date of removal.

  • An Antenna node for a DAS System shall not be attached on an Eligible Pole that already hosts a pole-mounted Network Node, or vice-versa.

  • Licensee shall not deploy, construct, install, repair, or maintain a Network Node licensed to, owned by, leased to, or for the benefit of any third-party, including an Affiliate or Licensee’s Customer (the “Third-Party Facility”), without providing the third-party notice of BTU’s requirements under the Contractual Authorities pertaining to a Network Node on a BTU Eligible Pole (collectively, the “BTU Requirements”).

  • Eligible pupil means a pupil who has been expelled from school under the mandatory expulsion provisions in section 1311 or 1311a of the revised school code, MCL 380.1311 and 380.1311a, a pupil who has been suspended or expelled from school under a local policy, a pupil who is referred by a court, a pupil who is pregnant or is a parent, a pupil who was previously a dropout, or a pupil who is determined by the district to be at risk of dropping out.

  • Eligible Earnings means the Grantee's base salary (prior to any deferrals under a cash or deferred compensation plan sponsored by the Corporation or an Affiliate) paid during the Plan Year. From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.
