Common use of Application to the Board Clause in Contracts

Application to the Board. Westcoast will, as soon as practical, prepare an application to the Board to give effect to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each of the Stakeholders agrees to actively support or not oppose the application and the approval of this Agreement and the tolls determined under this Agreement by the Board.

Westcoast will consult with and provide the Stakeholders with the opportunity to review and comment on the application with the intention that Westcoast and the Stakeholders will agree on the application prior to filing with the Board. Each of the Stakeholders agrees to actively support or not oppose the application and the approval of this Agreement and the tolls determined under this Agreement by the Board.
