Summer Reliability Levels. Westcoast will work with the TTTF to implement by the end of 2008 the proposal regarding summer reliability targets set out in draft TTTF IRS 2007-04 dated April 10, 2007. Westcoast will review and re-evaluate this issue with the TTTF if the federal or provincial governments establish emission reduction requirements that apply to Zones 3 and 4.
