Applying for Deferred Salary Leave. An employee desiring such leave shall make a written application to the University at least two (2) months prior to entry to the Plan. The minimum Leave Period will be six (6) consecutive full calendar months and the maximum will not exceed twelve (12) consecutive full calendar months. The leave should commence immediately following the end of the Deferral Period.
