Appointive Position. A nurse who holds an appointive position whose services are terminated, through lack of funds or reduction in force, and is thereupon appointed to another appointive position with the same or lesser salary range, shall receive a salary in the second position based upon the relationship of the duties and responsibilities and length of prior continuous service as determined by the Civil Service Commission. 418.
