  • Appointment of Process Agent The Issuer appoints Xxxx Xxxxx & Sons Limited at its registered office at Swire House, 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX, Xxxxxxx as its agent for service of process, and undertakes that, in the event of Xxxx Xxxxx & Sons Limited ceasing so to act or ceasing to be registered in England, it will appoint another person as its agent for service of process in England in respect of any Proceedings. Nothing herein shall affect the right to serve proceedings in any other manner permitted by law.

  • APPOINTMENT OF THE CALCULATION AGENT The Calculation Agent is appointed, and the Calculation Agent agrees to act, as Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Notes described in the Schedule (the Relevant Notes) for the purposes set out in clause 2 and on the terms of this Agreement.   • Appointment of Investment Manager On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the Company hereby appoints the Investment Manager as investment manager of the Account with discretionary authority to manage the investment and reinvestment of the funds and assets of the Account in accordance with the terms hereof, and the Investment Manager accepts such appointment.   • Appointment of Representatives 11.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Union Representatives. The Union will provide the Employer with the names of all Union Representatives within a reasonable period. 11.02 The Union shall determine the jurisdiction of each Union Representative, having regard to the plan of organization, the distribution of employees at the workplace and the administrative structure implied by the grievance procedure covered by this Agreement.

  • Appointment of Representative (a) Selection Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, a single representative shall be appointed to represent all of the Holders (the “Representative”).
