Appointment of an Arbitrator or Arbitration Board. (i) When either Party requests that a grievance be submitted to arbitration pursuant to Article 7.02 (iv), the matter will be submitted to a single Arbitrator who is mutually agreeable to both Parties. (ii) Either Party may elect to have the matter referred to an Arbitration board consisting of one (1) representative selected by the District and one (1) representative selected by the Union shall be appointed within five (5) working days after such written request for arbitration has been received. (iii) The two (2) Arbitrators so selected shall meet immediately after their appointment and shall select a Chairman of the Arbitration Board. If they are unable to agree upon selection of a Chairman within five (5) working days, the Minister of Labour Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau for the Province of British Columbia shall appoint a Chairman.
