Appointment of Investment Committee. To appoint as the Investment Committee such person, committee or entity as the Trust Committee shall determine to make and effect investment decisions under the Plan and Trust; provided, however, that the Trust Committee may appoint itself as the Investment Committee.
Appointment of Investment Committee. Subject to Section 8.11, the Individual Trustees may appoint up to three (3) Individual Trustees to serve on the Investment Committee by way of notice to the Corporate Trustee and the Individual Trustees who are appointed to serve on the Investment Committee. Only Individual Trustees who are serving hereunder may serve as members of the Investment Committee. The appointment of the members of the Investment Committee shall become effective as provided in the instrument of appointment and upon the later of written acceptance by the appointee and said notice to the Corporate Trustee. Any such Investment Committee shall serve as such until the Individual Trustees so notify the Corporate Trustee that the Individual Trustees serving on such committee have changed, or until all members of the Investment Committee are no longer serving on the Investment Committee.
Appointment of Investment Committee. The Investment Committee shall consist of two or more persons (and their alternates) appointed by the Oversight Committee and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Oversight Committee.
