Instrument of Appointment definition

Instrument of Appointment means the Instrument of Appointment as from time to time amended dated August 1989 made under the provisions of the Water Act 1989 whereby the Secretary of State for the Environment appointed Yorkshire Water as the Water and Sewerage Undertaker for the areas described therein as from time to time applying;
Instrument of Appointment means the appointment of the Company as a water and sewerage undertaker pursuant to the Act.
Instrument of Appointment means an appointment as a water and/or sewerage undertaker under the WIA91;

More Definitions of Instrument of Appointment

Instrument of Appointment means the instrument of appointment as from time to time amended granted under section 8(1) of the Water Industry Act 1991 whereby the Secretary of State appointed IWSL as the undertaker for the areas described therein as from time to time applying.

Instrument of Appointment means the instrument dated August 1989 issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to sections 6, 7, 11 and 12 of the Water Industry Act appointing Thames Water as a water undertaker and sewerage undertaker and the conditions of that appointment, as modified from time to time;
Instrument of Appointment. ’ means the instrument of appointment dated 1989 under which the Secretary of State for the Environment appointed Anglian Water Services as a water and wastewater undertaker under the Act for the areas described in the Instrument of Appointment, as modified or amended from time to time.
