Appointment of Principal Officer. The Company has appointed a Principal Officer, immediately below the level of CMD of the Company designated as Director Finance. The Principal Officer shall make an effective communication and liasioning with enforcement agencies, National Housing Bank and any other institution which are involved in the fight against money laundering and combating financing of terrorism. The name of the Principal Officer so designated, his designation and address including changes from time to time, shall be intimated to NHB. The Director Finance shall be located at the head/corporate office of the Company and shall be responsible for monitoring and reporting of all transactions and sharing of information as required under the law.
Appointment of Principal Officer. The Trust has appointed a senior management officer designated as the Principal Officer. The Principal Officer shall be located at the head office of the Trust (when /if possible) and shallbe responsible for monitoring and reporting of all transactions and sharing of information as required under the law. The Principal Officer will maintain close liaison with enforcement agencies, the Trust and any other institution, which are involved in the fight against money laundering and combating financing of terrorism.
