Senior Management Officer definition

Senior Management Officer means general manager, vice general manager and other division managers appointed by Party A.
Senior Management Officer means and includes Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Company.
Senior Management Officer means an employee of a Group Member occupying the position of a deputy general manager or above, as determined by the Scheme Committee.
