Statistical Sampling Documentation a. A copy of the printout of the random numbers generated by the “Random Numbers” function of the statistical sampling software used by the IRO.
Statistical Analysis 31 F-tests and t-tests will be used to analyze OV and Quality Acceptance data. The F-test is a 32 comparison of variances to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance population variances 33 are equal. The t-test is a comparison of means to determine if the OV and Quality Acceptance 34 population means are equal. In addition to these two types of analyses, independent verification 35 and observation verification will also be used to validate the Quality Acceptance test results.
Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network. Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.
Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
Accounting System Requirement The Contractor shall maintain an adequate system of accounting and internal controls that meets Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or “GAAP.”
Additional Reporting 37. Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.
FINANCIAL STATUS REPORTS (FSRS Except as otherwise provided, for contracts with categorical budgets, Grantee shall submit quarterly FSRs to System Agency by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter for System Agency review and financial assessment. Grantee shall submit the final FSR no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the applicable term.
