Common use of Appraiser/Audit Appraiser Clause in Contracts

Appraiser/Audit Appraiser. An employee in a class listed below may be assigned to a work location at an office other than the nearest to his/her home. Whenever an employee is employed or transferred for the benefit of management to a work location more than fifteen (15) miles from his/her home, the employee shall be paid at the established rate for all miles driven to and from work in excess of thirty (30) miles.
