Private Mileage and Use of County Cars. An employee must be certified by the Department Head as required and be authorized to travel on County business to become eligible for using County vehicles. Employees who are required to have a Class 2 (B) driver's license will be reimbursed for the amount of the fee that exceeds the fee for a Class 3 (C) driver's license.

Private Mileage and Use of County Cars. An employee must be certified by the Agency Head as required and be authorized to travel on County business to become eligible for using County vehicles. An employee must be certified by the Agency Head as required to travel on County business and be authorized to use a privately-owned automobile or truck to become eligible to receive a reimbursement at rates set below upon using a privately-owned automobile or truck on County business. The County may require recertification of employee eligibility by the Agency Head at any time during the term of this Agreement. The recertification process shall not be used as a means to discipline an employee who is temporarily unable to use his/her vehicle on County business due to circumstances beyond his/her control as approved by the appointing authority. The County may require an employee to use a County vehicle. The County will not require an employee to use an unsafe County vehicle. County vehicles may be equipped with Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) equipment or other equipment which tracks the location, speed, and direction of the vehicle for County documentation, analysis, and use. The Union agrees to complete the meet and confer process on how GPS data may be used for disciplinary purposes, within 90 days from the date of the notice regarding the GPS guidelines and/or policy. The meet and confer process shall be subject to the impasse procedure pursuant to the Labor Relations Ordinance and State law if an agreement cannot be reached in the ninety (90) day period. Employees who use their personal vehicles for County business shall be reimbursed on a monthly basis at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reimbursement rate for mileage. In the event the IRS increases the reimbursement rate for mileage, the County will adjust the mileage reimbursement rate to equal the new IRS rate as soon as practical, not to exceed sixty (60) days from the effective date of the IRS increase. Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates set forth on the schedule adopted by resolution of the Board of Supervisors in September of each year, for trips on County business outside the County of San Diego, but within the State of California.

Information gained from this equipment that supports a County employee has violated State law or County policy, may be used to support a corrective or disciplinary action against the employee. Should the County determine corrective action is warranted, the County shall apply the principles of progressive discipline. E. Employees who use their personal vehicle for County business shall be reimbursed on a monthly basis at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reimbursement rate for mileage. In the event the IRS increases the reimbursement rate for mileage, the County will adjust the mileage reimbursement rate to equal the new IRS rate as soon as practical, not to exceed sixty (60) days from the effective date of the IRS increase. F.   • County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Subrecipient certifies it is in full compliance with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees and with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments and will continue to be in compliance throughout the term of the Contract with the County of Orange. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Borrower shall not initiate, join in, acquiesce in, or consent to any change in any private restrictive covenant, zoning law or other public or private restriction, limiting or defining the uses which may be made of the Property or any part thereof, provided, that Borrower shall be permitted to enter into easement agreements or grant rights of way so long as such agreements or grants do not reduce the value of the Property or impair its use, and so long as Borrower has delivered to Lender a title endorsement satisfactory to Lender with respect to such agreements and/or rights of way. If under applicable zoning provisions the use of all or any portion of the Property is or shall become a nonconforming use, Borrower will not cause or permit the nonconforming use to be discontinued or the nonconforming Improvement to be abandoned without the express written consent of Lender.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS; RECORDS The Trust assumes full responsibility for its compliance with all securities, tax, commodities and other laws, rules and regulations applicable to it.

The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.
