Apprentice Compliance with Working Agreement. Apprentices will be subject to the provisions of this Working Agreement as apply to employees in their respective units except that any actions of the Apprenticeship Committee that may affect the apprentice shall not be subject to the provisions of Article 15, Grievance Procedure.
