Apprenticeship Duration. The Program is to be designed to take on people with or without any apprenticeship background and bring them through the necessary training to completion of a journeyman's ticket. The apprentice would be given two opportunities to successfully complete any one "school" session. Unsuccessful completion would result in being dropped from the program.
