Common use of Apprenticeship Duration Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship Duration. The Program is to be designed to take on people with or without any apprenticeship background and bring them through the necessary training to completion of a journeyman's ticket. The apprentice would be given two opportunities to successfully complete any one "school" session. Unsuccessful completion would result in being dropped from the program. Employees dropped from the program, after the initial six months, for this reason shall exercise their seniority rights through the job posting
