Appropriate Expenditures Sample Clauses

The "Appropriate Expenditures" clause defines which costs or expenses are considered acceptable and reimbursable under an agreement. It typically outlines the types of expenditures that are permitted, such as travel, materials, or labor, and may specify any limits, approval requirements, or documentation needed for reimbursement. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what spending is allowed, helping to prevent disputes over unauthorized or excessive costs.
