Appropriate Security. Kaltura shall ensure that it has in place appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing of the personal data or its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Appropriate Security. Supplier will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk presented by Processing the Agreement Personal Data. These measures shall include at a minimum the measures set out in SCHEDULE 2.
Appropriate Security. In light of the foregoing, we have determined that the measures set out in Annex B (Technical and Organisational Security Measures) to this DPA ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing the Protected Data.
