OPEN FLAMES. Burning items or use of open flames is strictly prohibited within residence. This includes, but not limited to, candles, potpourri, incense, etc. as these items pose a fire hazard. Non-compliance is subject to disciplinary action which may include, but is not limited to, a student’s removal from residence. MAINTENANCE ISSUES: All residents are required to report maintenance issues or concerns, especially when it may impact the health, safety, and security of others. KEYS: Students are required to sign a Lock Agreement Form that outlines the use and functionality of the electronic lock system upon move-in. Students cannot give or lend their keys/keycards to anyone, and they are responsible for reporting lost or stolen keys/keycards to Housing & Conference Services immediately. CHECK IN: Students are responsible for completing and submitting a room/suite inventory report within forty-eight (48) hours of checking in otherwise Housing & Conference Services will deem the room to be fully furnished and damage free. CHECK OUT: Residents are responsible for checking out of their room on the occupancy end date as stated in Section 1.
OPEN FLAMES. No grills, gasoline, combustible materials or liquids, may be used without prior written approval by the Mudtown Days Committee. U. VENDOR SPACE: Cost is $100.00 for a food vendor space 25’x15’ and a separate $50.00 refundable deposit. Cost is $30.00 for a non-food vendor space 25’x15’ and a separate $50.00 refundable deposit. Deposit shall be refunded if space is cleaned of all debris and all terms of the agreement are met, including times for operation.

b. Students may barbeque on a safe barbeque grill stationed 20 or more feet from any housing structure.
c. Lighter fluid and charcoal may not be stored in or around the residence halls.

OPEN FLAMES. Absolutely NO open flames, flame producing devices, or any inflammable or combustible materials will be allowed inside of the Opelousas Civic Center. This includes the following: torches, incense burners, pan warmers (unless authorized), and floating candles. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

OPEN FLAMES. Under no circumstances may open flames from any source be used or produced on any boat or on any Marina property, except Coast Guard approved installed cooking stoves on boats, and authorized gas barbeques used exclusively in the designated areas.
OPEN FLAMES. Visitors (family and friends not participating in Glo-Bull Beginnings) are not permitted in student’s hotel rooms, except for assistance in moving in or out.
OPEN FLAMES. Burning of incense or candles is prohibited.
