If You Fail to Sign Lease After Approval Unless we authorize otherwise in writing, you and all co-applicants must execute the Lease after your Application is approved. Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

If You Withdraw Before Approval If you or any co-applicant withdraws an Application or notifies us that you’ve changed your mind about the unit, we’ll be entitled to retain all application deposits as liquidated damage, and the parties then have no further obligation to each other.
Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
Application for Leave of Absence 25.01 All leaves of absence without pay and any extension thereof must be applied for in writing to the Mayor or his designee, on forms supplied by the Employer, at least ten (10) working days prior to the proposed commencement of the leave except in serious or unusual circumstances, as determined by the Employer.
