Common use of Approval, Installation and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Approval, Installation and Maintenance. Lessee shall not place on the Leased Premises or on the Complex, any exterior signs or advertisements nor any interior signs or advertisements that are visible from the exterior of the Leased Premises, without Lessor's prior written consent, which Lessor reserves the right to withhold for any aesthetic reason in its sole judgment. The cost of installation and regular maintenance of any such signs approved by Lessor shall be at the sole expense of Lessee. At the termination of this Lease, or any extension thereof, Lessee shall remove all his signs, and all damage caused by such removal shall be repaired at Lessee's expense.
