Approval of Contract Attorneys. Xxxxxx County reserves the right to approve or reject any attorney wishing to provide services under a Public Defender contract. Any attorney not currently holding 2017 public defender contract with Xxxxxx County wishing to contract for Fiscal Year 2018 must first provide a curriculum vitae (CV) and a resume to the Board for consideration.
