APPROVAL OF EXCUSED SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OUTAGES. For an Outage to be deemed an Excused Scheduled Maintenance Outage, Seller must have received a Notice or electronic communication indicating Buyer’s explicit approval that the Outage is an Excused Scheduled Maintenance Outage in accordance with the terms in Section 9.2(f).
