Approval of Other Authorities. The granting of this lease by the City does not relieve the Lessee of the responsibility to obtain any license or permit as may be required by federal, state, or local law.

Purchaser understands that by Seller conveying the Property for the use provided above, Purchaser is not relieved of its responsibility for obtaining all licenses, permits, or approvals as may be required by Seller or by duly authorized state or federal agencies for the development of the Property.

As required by CBJ 53.20.190, the following terms and conditions govern all Leases and are incorporated into this Lease unless modified by resolution of the assembly for this specific Lease. Modifications of the provisions of this appendix applicable to this specific Lease, if any, must specifically modify such provisions and be supported by the relevant resolution to be effective.
