Common use of Approval of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Approval of Personnel. The Key Personnel i.e Professional Staff listed by title as well as by name in Appendix D are hereby approved by the Client. In respect of other Key Personnel, if required, which the Consultants propose to use in the carrying out of the Services, the Consultants shall submit to the client for review and approval a copy of their biographical data. If the Client does not object in writing (stating the reasons for the objection) within thirty (30) calendar working days from the date of receipt of such biographical data and (if applicable) such certificate, such Key Personnel shall be deemed to have been approved by the Client.
