Consultant’s Personnel and Sub-Consultants Clause Samples

The 'Consultant’s Personnel and Sub-Consultants' clause defines the rules and expectations regarding the individuals and entities the consultant may engage to perform services under the agreement. It typically outlines the consultant’s responsibility for selecting qualified personnel and, if necessary, subcontracting portions of the work to approved sub-consultants, often requiring the client’s consent for such arrangements. This clause ensures that the quality and integrity of the work are maintained, clarifies accountability, and prevents unauthorized delegation of contractual duties.
