Common use of Approval of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Approval of Personnel. Reasonably prior to assigning an individual to perform Services under any Statement of Work and to the extent reasonably practicable under the circumstances, GlassHouse shall (i) notify Dell of the proposed assignment, (ii) introduce the individual to appropriate Dell representatives, (iii) provide reasonable opportunity for Dell representatives to interview the individual, and (iv) consistent with applicable law, provide Dell with a resume and such other information about the individual as may be reasonably requested by Dell. In addition, GlassHouse shall ensure that it has met all obligations under Dell’s U.S. Site Security and Environmental, Health, and Safety Addendum attached hereto as Schedule B with respect to personnel to be assigned hereunder. If Dell lawfully and in good faith objects to the proposed assignment, GlassHouse shall not assign the individual to that position and shall propose to Dell the assignment of another individual of suitable ability and qualifications.
