Approval of Summary Notice. The Court approves the form of the Summary Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Action and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses (“Summary Notice”) substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3, and directs that Lead Counsel shall cause the Summary Notice to be published in The Wall Street Journal and be transmitted over PR Newswire within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Notice Date. Lead Counsel shall, at or before the Settlement Hearing, file with the Court proof of publication of the Summary Notice.

  • Statutory Notice Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(a), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency, as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the following applies: IF THE CONTRACTOR HAS QUESTIONS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF CHAPTER 119, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO THE CONTRACTOR’S DUTY TO PROVIDE PUBLIC RECORDS RELATING TO THIS CONTRACT, CONTACT THE CUSTODIAN OF PUBLIC RECORDS AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, AND MAILING ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THE RESULTING CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER. Pursuant to section 119.0701(2)(b), F.S., for contracts for services with a contractor acting on behalf of a public agency as defined in section 119.011(2), F.S., the Contractor shall:

  • Response to Demand Letter Within 10 days after the receipt of the Demand Letter, Extendicare shall either: (a) cure the breach to OIG’s satisfaction and pay the applicable Stipulated Penalties; or (b) request a hearing before an HHS ALJ to dispute OIG’s determination of noncompliance, pursuant to the agreed upon provisions set forth below in Section X.F. In the event Extendicare elects to request an ALJ hearing, the Stipulated Penalties shall continue to accrue until Extendicare cures, to OIG’s satisfaction, the alleged breach in dispute. Failure to respond to the Demand Letter in one of these two manners within the allowed time period shall be considered a material breach of this CIA and shall be grounds for exclusion under Section X.E.

  • Notice of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner in writing when it has completed construction of (i) the Customer Facility;

  • Notice of Suspension The importer and the applicant shall be promptly notified of the suspension of the release of goods according to Article 51.

  • Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union. For NEOs that are not offered on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall provide no less than ten (10) business days’ notice. Said notices shall be provided by email, to the Union NEO Coordinator. This requirement shall apply to all NEOs in which City personnel provide newly-hired employees with information regarding employment status, rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.
