Notice of Suspension definition

Notice of Suspension means a Notice submitted to a Member who has breached these Regulations and has been issued with a Suspension pursuant to these Regulations;

Examples of Notice of Suspension in a sentence

  • The DBE may continue to perform work under an existing contract executed before the DBE received a Notice of Suspension and may be counted towards the contract goal during the period of suspension as long as the DBE is performing a CUF under the existing contract.

  • County may suspend performance of this Agreement at any time for any reason without terminating this Agreement by giving Consultant written Notice of Suspension (a “Notice of Suspension”).

  • The “Effective Date of Suspension” will be the date on which Consultant receives the Notice of Suspension, and the Suspension Period will begin on this date.
