Approval of the Final Project Documents. The Final Project Documents, which are attached hereto as Collective Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference, shall be stamped as approved by the Town, provided that the same are in compliance with Town Regulations. All construction relating to the Project shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Town until Final Acceptance and shall be subject to any conditions set forth on Exhibit “B”.
