Approval of Claim When an employee is granted sick leave with pay and Workers’ Compensation leave is subsequently approved for the same period it shall be considered for the purpose of the record of sick leave credits that the employee was not granted sick leave with pay.
DISCIPLINE AND DISMISSAL 6.8.1 The following principles are to be followed when dealing with disciplinary matters:
Suspension and Dismissal In the event an Employee alleges dismissal or suspension without just cause, the Employee may commence a grievance at Step II. The grievance shall be filed within ten (10) days of the occurrence.
Dismissal of the Proceedings (1) Upon the Effective Date, the Ontario Action shall be dismissed with prejudice and without costs as against the Settling Defendants.

Amicable Settlement and Dispute Resolution i. Either Party is entitled to raise any claim, dispute or difference of whatever nature arising under, out of or in connection with this Agreement ( “Dispute”) by giving a written notice (Dispute Notice) to the other Party, which shall contain:
Consultations and Dispute Settlement 1. The provisions of Articles XXII and XXIII of GATT 1994 as elaborated and applied by the Dispute Settlement Understanding shall apply to consultations and the settlement of disputes under this Agreement, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct. In cases where an employee cannot be reassigned, the employee shall be considered to be on a leave of absence without loss of pay until the Employer makes a decision relative to imposing discipline.
Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.
