Approval/Review of Technical Documents by Project Manager. 18.2.1 The Supplier shall prepare and furnish to the Project Manager the documents as specified in the SCC for the Project Manager’s approval or review. Any part of the System covered by or related to the documents to be approved by the Project Manager shall be executed only after the Project Manager’s approval of these documents. 18.2.2 The Project Manager’s approval, with or without modification of the document furnished by the Supplier, shall not relieve the Supplier of any responsibility or liability imposed upon it by any provisions of the Contract except to the extent that any subsequent failure results from modifications required by the Project Manager or inaccurate information furnished in writing to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Purchaser.
