AQF Qualifications. Where this Award refers to AQF qualifications in Electrotechnology, or Electricity Supply Industry Transmission and Distribution, the National Electrotechnology Training Packages or the Training Packages for the Electricity Supply Industry – Transmission and Distribution and the preferred training models to achieve those qualifications will be those determined from time to time by the National Utilities and Electrotechnology Industry Training Advisory Body and endorsed by the National Training Framework Committee.

Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) provides a comprehensive, nationally consistent yet flexible framework for all qualifications in Australia. A qualification is defined as “formal certification, issued by a relevant approved body, in recognition that a person has achieved learning outcomes or competencies relevant to identified individual, professional, industry or community needs”. Except upon the termination of employment, all wages including overtime shall be paid weekly and shall be paid in the employers time on any day other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday in each week. Employers shall not hold more than two days wages in reserve. Provided that in any week in which a public holiday occurs one day after the normal pay day, wages shall be paid in that week two days prior to such public holiday. By agreement between the employer and employee, wages may be paid by one of the following means: Cash Payment into the employees account by electronic funds transfer, without cost to the employee. ]However, an employer may pay an employee weekly by cash without consultation. An employee who is kept waiting for wages on pay day after the usual time for ceasing work, shall be paid at overtime rates. Adjustments of wages shall be rectified on the next pay day. If an employee takes an RDO on a day which coincides with pay day, the employee shall be paid not later than the working day immediately following pay day. Provided that, where the employer is able to make suitable arrangements, wages may be paid on the working day preceding pay day. Where employees are paid by electronic funds transfer, if for any reasons beyond the control of the employer and the employee, the transfer of funds is not effected at the nominated day, the employer may advance the employee an agreed amount, to be repaid by the employee on the day the wages are credited to the employee’s account. AQF Qualifications. Where this agreement refers to AQF qualifications in Electrotechnology, it shall refer to those qualifications which may be determined from time to time by the EE-OZ training standards Electrotechnology Training Package and endorsed by the National Electrotechnology Competency Advisory Council (NECAC). Where this agreement refers to equivalent qualifications it shall refer to other industry competency standards as agreed to by the parties.   • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065. b) Only those NPS/A located outside of California that employ staff that hold a current valid credential or license to render special education and related services as required by that state shall be eligible to be certified. NPA/NPS staff shall be required to hold credentials and licenses within the state where they are providing services regardless of where the agency is located. c) When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, NPS, an appropriately qualified person shall serve as curricular and instructional leader, and be able to provide leadership, oversight and professional development. The administrator of the NPS holds or is in the process of obtaining one of the following: (A) An administrative credential granted by an accredited postsecondary educational institution and two years of experience with pupils with disabilities.

  • Required Qualifications At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Foreign Qualifications Each of the Company and its subsidiaries is duly qualified as a foreign entity to transact business and is each in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required, whether by reason of the ownership or leasing of property or the conduct of business, except where the failure to be so qualified would not singularly, or in the aggregate, in the reasonable judgment of the Company, be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Blue Sky Qualifications The Company will use its best efforts, in cooperation with the Underwriters, to qualify the Securities for offering and sale under the applicable securities laws of such states and other jurisdictions (domestic or foreign) as the Representatives may designate and to maintain such qualifications in effect so long as required to complete the distribution of the Securities; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to file any general consent to service of process or to qualify as a foreign corporation or as a dealer in securities in any jurisdiction in which it is not so qualified or to subject itself to taxation in respect of doing business in any jurisdiction in which it is not otherwise so subject.
