Arbitration After Expiration of Agreement. After the expiration of this Agreement the Board shall have no obligation to arbitrate any grievance arising during the term of this Agreement unless a timely grievance was filed within fifteen (15) days of the expiration of the Agreement or it involves vested or accrued rights.
