Arbitration Board and Alternative Dispute Resolution Process. (a) The CTC will grant leave with pay to an employee who is party to the Grievance which is before an Arbitrator established under the Article 36 (Grievance Procedure) or an agreed upon Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.
