Common use of ARC Representative Clause in Contracts

ARC Representative. The Project Coordinator is responsible for (i) providing liaison between the Commission and the Grantee, and (ii) obtaining approval of work accomplished by Xxxxxxx. The Commission may, in its discretion, change the Project Coordinator at any time, in which event it shall notify the Grantee in writing of the change.
