Architect Services. The Architect shall provide professional architectural/engineering services for the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Architect's performance of services shall be as professional consultant to the Owner to carry out the activities of Project design and construction administration and to provide the technical documents and supervision of the design team to achieve the Owner's Project objectives.
Architect Services. 3.1 The Architect shall provide the Basic Services and Additional Services specified to be provided by the Architect in Schedule “A” and such other Additional Services as may be agreed in writing by Manitoba Housing and the Architect.
Architect Services. Architect shall fully and adequately complete the Services described in this Agreement and in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
