M. Best & Company “A” or better, financial category size Seven or better, which will protect those described below from claims described below which arise or are alleged to have arisen out of or result from the acts or omissions of Architect for which Architect may be legally liable, whether performed by Architect, or by those employed directly or indirectly by it, or by anyone for whose acts Architect may be liable:

Architect’s Duty to Show Proof of Insurance. 1.01 Prior to the execution of this Agreement and before work begins, Architect shall furnish to District Certificates of Insurance showing satisfactory proof that Architect maintain for the entire period required by this Agreement, as further described below, the following insurance. Failure to obtain the required documents prior to the work beginning shall not waive the Architect’s obligation to provide them. Said insurance shall be in a form satisfactory to District and with an insurance carrier satisfactory to District, authorized to do business in California and rated by A. M.   • AND PROOF OF INSURANCE Grantee/Recipient shall provide to Agency Certificate(s) of Insurance for all required insurance before delivering any Goods and performing any Services required under this Contract. The Certificate(s) shall list the State of Oregon, its officers, employees and agents as a Certificate holder and as an endorsed Additional Insured. The Certificate(s) shall also include all required endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this Contract. If excess/umbrella insurance is used to meet the minimum insurance requirement, the Certificate of Insurance must include a list of all policies that fall under the excess/umbrella insurance. As proof of insurance Agency has the right to request copies of insurance policies and endorsements relating to the insurance requirements in this Contract.

  • Proof of Insurance Insurance Certificate:

  • Proof of Insurance Coverage As preliminary evidence of compliance with the insurance required by the contract, the company will furnish the Authority with a certificate(s) of insurance satisfactory to the Authority. This certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurer.   • Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-­‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Updated Certification of Required Insurances As insurance coverage is traditionally of a term nature, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to maintain not just the appropriate insurance coverages, but also their filed certifications with OGS. The Contractor shall furnish to the State up to date certifications of coverages for all insurance requirements per section 4.16 - Insurance Requirements.

  • Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.

  • Proof of Compliance with Disability Benefits Coverage Requirements In order to provide proof of compliance with the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation Law pertaining to disability benefits, a contractor shall:

  • Proof of Coverage Within thirty (30) calendar days of execution of this Agreement, and upon renewal or reissuance of coverage thereafter, Vendor must provide current and properly completed in-force certificates of insurance to Citizens that evidence the coverages required in Sections 10.1. and 10.2. The certificates for Commercial General Liability, Umbrella Liability and Professional Liability insurance certificates must correctly identify the type of work Vendor is providing to Citizens under this Agreement. The agent signing the certificate must hold an active Insurance General Lines Agent license (issued within the United States). Vendor shall provide copies of its policies upon request by Citizens.
