– Architect’s moral rights. The Architect holds, as author, the rights to respect for his/her name, professional title and the Works. This right is attached to his/her person. It is perpetual, inalienable and imprescriptible. On the death of the author, it is passed on to his/her heirs. In particular, the Architect has the right:  to inscribe his/her name on the Works, whether design sketches and drawings or the building and to demand that his/her name is kept  to see his/her name and professional title be given in the event of publication of drawings or photos of the building  to take care of the respect for his/her authorship  to refuse alterations to his/her Works should it be denatured.

  • Moral Rights Any assignment to the Company of Inventions includes all rights of attribution, paternity, integrity, modification, disclosure and withdrawal, and any other rights throughout the world that may be known as or referred to as “moral rights,” “artist’s rights,” “droit moral,” or the like (collectively, “Moral Rights”). To the extent that Moral Rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, Consultant hereby waives and agrees not to enforce any and all Moral Rights, including, without limitation, any limitation on subsequent modification, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Non-waiver of Legal Rights Execution of this Agreement by either Party does not confirm or imply that the executing Party agrees with any decision(s) issued pursuant to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the consequences of those decisions on specific language in this Agreement. Neither Party waives its rights to appeal or otherwise challenge any such decision(s) and each Party reserves all of its rights to pursue any and all legal and/or equitable remedies, including appeals of any such decision(s).
