Common use of ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

All buildings and accessory structures constructed within the Property shall be developed in compliance with the requirements of this section, and with the applicable provisions of the LDC relating to architectural standards where they do not conflict with the provisions of this section.
